You've placed an order and are anxiously waiting for your package to arrive. Your order is now past the anticipated delivery date and the tracking number has not been updated in weeks. 

We know your order was meant for a holiday gift exchange and you are understandably worried your package is lost (it’s not). Sadly, due to the strain that the global pandemic has put on the shipping industry, the increased mail volume is just too much for the system to handle. 

Reports of nationwide gridlocks, overworked and understaffed mail carrier facilities are very real. Winter storms and weather delays haven't helped things. There are a historic amount of packages being shipped and the hardworking people who are ensuring things get moving are doing as much as they can. We are so very sorry that this has added additional stress to your life. We wish things could be different.

In most cases, we shipped orders the same day they came in, we stayed late to pack them, we woke up early and shipped and dropped off packages on weekends. We began planning and producing our holiday inventory 5 months ago to ensure we didn’t run out.    

We are asking for your continued patience while you anxiously wait for your delivery and please know that we are keeping our fingers crossed with you.

Please note:

If you would simply like a refund once your package has arrived, please keep the envelope sealed and unopened and write "Refused" or "Return to Sender", and drop your package off in a mailbox. 

The package will be sent back to us free of charge. Once we receive an unopened envelope back that says "Refused" or "Return to Sender" we will issue you a full refund.
