The item I ordered does not fit, what is your exchange process?

We try our best to send a yellow exchange/refund form out with every order. If possible, please send this back with your exchange to ensure timely return processing. If you did not receive an exchange form, or it was misplaced, please include a note with your exchange indicating the item you are exchanging, as well as the size and/or item you'd like in it's place. For refunds simply indicate whether we should process this back to the payment source (under 30 days from purchase only), or refund as store credit.

Do you offer in person exchanges?

We prefer that all exchanges be done by mail at the present time.

I received the wrong item in my order

We try our best to ensure that every order is filled in a 100% accurate manner, but in the rare event that you were sent the wrong item, please send an e-mail to info@hillkiller.com and we will do our best to supply pre-paid return postage and correct the error in a timely manner.

I do not see the my size listed under the item I want

Generally if your size is not listed, it is most likely on back order or out of stock. Please send us an e-mail at help@hillkiller.com and we can verify this for you, as well as let you know if & when we plan to have this item available again. We always offer the option to 'special order' any item, in any size, at it's retail price (no additional cost to you!) Special orders typically take 8-10 weeks to arrive however, and payment is due at the time the order is placed.

Do you have a store that I could visit in order to try one or purchase your jerseys on?

Many of our jerseys are carried by popular bike shops in the region, check out our dealer locator. 

What size cycling jersey should I order?

Cycling jersey fit can be very subjective depending on how tight you prefer your jerseys. If a slightly looser/more comfortable fit is a preference, then ordering a size up is generally a good idea. Also it's worth noting that depending on your height, ordering a jersey in tall/extra long sizing can make all the difference. Unless stated otherwise, all of our jerseys come standard as American Club Cut (more relaxed feel) and our sizing chart can be viewed here.

Does the type of chamois differ between styles of cycling shorts?

Our Ultra Elite products feature a lower profile (orange) chamois as compared to our basic bibs & shorts feature a slightly more supportive (blue) chamois for added comfort. We find that both chamois do well on any length of ride. Please don't hesitate to contact us at help@hillkiller.com for additional information or photos.

Is it possible to pick up or order a sizing kit?

We can gladly supply a sizing kit but depending on the amount needed, a deposit may need to be collected (as well as shipping charges + return postage) prior to sending. Please contact help@hillkiller.com for more information!

Where are your jerseys made?

Our mass manufacturing is subcontracted to China, however our cuts, prototypes and designs are all made in the USA.
